Pros
Great opportunity. Great culture that fully supports remote work even before covid. Auth0 is best in class and has a great position in the market. They haven’t over hired and this means that people are hitting target. The sales leadership team are great and our old CRO Dave will be greatly missed. There is no micromanagement and you have the flexibility to be the best version of yourself. The CEO is as good as they come and leads with empathy. Compensation is competitive as is commission structure. Auth0 look after you and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Cons
Industry territory splits mean that some people have a significantly better territory than others - a geographical split would be far fairer as the company grows. The Okta acquisition means there is uncertainty around the future.
