Remote can be hard to collaborate

The peers are genuinely sharp. You'll learn more from the rep sitting next to you in a week than from anything official. Like any SDR job, the core SDR work itself is straightforward and the day-to-day is easy to pick up fast.

They expect employees to show up to their office in Downtown Denver but do not bother to provide free parking. No free lunch. And the role is misunderstood from the top down: SDRs get coached to pitch product on the phone: literally the one thing sales methodology explicitly tells you never to do.
