I recently went through the interview process with Auditoria.ai, and unfortunately, it was one of the more disorganized interview experiences I’ve had.
The overall process lacked structure and consistency. Across multiple rounds, there was no clear alignment on what the interviewers were evaluating or what the expectations for the role actually were. This made it difficult to understand how answers were being assessed.
In one of the technical rounds, the interviewer frequently paused for long durations between questions and appeared to be working through the interview in an unprepared manner. This resulted in a very broken flow of conversation and a lack of meaningful technical depth in the discussion.
In another round, the interviewer did not seem particularly engaged in the conversation. The questions asked felt loosely defined, and there was no clear direction or follow-up based on responses. Overall, it gave the impression that there was no standardized evaluation rubric being followed.
From a coordination standpoint, HR was very responsive during the scheduling phase, with frequent follow-ups to confirm availability. However, after the interviews were completed, there was no proper closure or feedback shared despite follow-ups, which left the process incomplete from a candidate experience perspective.
