Pros
The only thing good is probably the fact you may get to sit down and do nothing all day. Due to weather and location.
Cons
They hire under the false pretenses. No where in the job description does it say that it is a sales job. Yet some how some way they have made up rules as the days go by in regards to selling insurance i guess they refuse to pay for actual marketing but it was never stipulated to do so. Theres no sick pay, theres no flexibility in schedule. Theres unnecessary metrics they keep holding you accountable for. They will add extra things to your tedious work load and no pay increase. They hired under the promise that my pay would increase to $22.00 per after getting certified for samsung and apple. Ive been certified since october my pay stayed at 17.50 they threatened to write me up for not making a single sale in january even though it isnt listed as a sales job. Hr is nearly impossible to reach then when you do they're in your direct managers pocket. So when you have an issue they make you out to be the issue.
