Pros
loved the work when it got funded. Direct supervisors/ branch management were so helpful and great. Co-workers felt like true friends. hybrid work with only one week in office.
Cons
No real growth opportunity No paternal or maternity leave very small education reimbursement. kept reducing benefits like 401k match. When the company my branch was under got bought out by Astrion, everything went downhill. Our branch was a very small team compared to the rest of the new company. we were deemed to not make enough so they stopped funding our branch specific projects even though our lean team punched way above our weight class.
