Astrion interview questions

As a contractor position, Phone screening with a recruiter that’s quickly followed by the benefits package. Following that, a group interview was set up with members of the team. Heard back a week later.

Phone call first with one dev who asked me basic questions about my resume and what I’m looking for and what’s my skills are. Then in person with a few devs. Interview was extremely weird and awkward. Only code questions by showing me pseudo code on a screen and asking me about it. Often I did not know what they were asking, even after I asked a few clarifying questions. They asked nothing about my experience, or me, or what I was looking for. I did not get any chance to ask my own questions. Afterward, 2 of the interviewers just walked out without saying bye or a single word. The whole thing was just weird. They gave me an offer and I did not accept it.
