Pros
Great vacation. Good benefits. Stability. Year end bonus. Onsite cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. Company dinners and perks for employees.
Cons
The pay isn't really worth the amount of work you do. Often unorganized and miscommunication. Low pay raises. Managers often care about themselves looking good and not really focusing on how much work the employees put into the job. It's a large company so of course you encounter rude employees, but not on a daily bases.
