Pros
Assurant was a great place to work, friendly staff and managers. There was room for advancement with company reimbursed training programs for further qualifications. Benefits were brilliant as well with health, gym and bike to work scheme. Good nights out for both teams and company. Found management at all levels to be extremely helpful and supportive.
Cons
No opportunity for overtime or to make extra money. Was great until we acquired a larger company, we were promised it wouldn't affect our jobs but sure enough we were all made redundant a few months later.
