      - Supportive firm with work life balance - Great People team staff and leadership - Work culture and People in various offices are what truly make this firm special - Amazing projects and opportunities to interact across offices and countries - Internal mobility to travel and join other offices on short term or long-term basis (domestic and international)

      - Sometimes meeting overload but seems like a common theme in most places now with flexible schedules - Compensation could be revisited

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
