- impressive roster of clients - good structure - great team and work culture, people-centric - great benefits (insurance, days off etc) - great management and senior leadership team - high transparency
Cons
- like every other agency, high workload - can be too process-driven at times - not enough milo in the pantry (pantry is well-stocked though)
