Pros

Overall company is well-run, especially when you consider how huge it is. A lot of the job satisfaction depends on your hospital account as well, since it is where you will work day to day.Great benefits and good vacation time. Excellent support to move up within the company and lots of opportunities to move within the companies different contract sites, which gives job security.

Cons

I do feel Aramark keeps RD salaries lower than they have the potential to be; since our pay is lumped in with the contact pricing for the hospital every raise impacts their ability to keep the hospital as a customer.
