management were awful. very rude. no training done so when you do something wrong they act surprised. very strict for no reason and they creepily will watch you on the cameras to make sure you never stand around. even when there are no customers and everything is clean they hate when you stand around. but others are allowed to go on a smoke break, you arnt even allowed to stand still for a minute. also when i was there there was an extremely malicious supervisor. geniunely hope shes not around anymore. awful unpleasant woman to work with.

There are Absolutely no pros to the job

Cons

You will be miss treated by upper management who while is expected to be held by the same standards you are willing never actually uphold those standards for themselves while simultaneously being abused by the employees who are your direct reports because this company gives basic employees several protection against disciplinary actions making it very difficult to correct poor behavior and remove underperforming employees. You will be undercompensated for all of your work and be expected to work yourself to death all to line the pockets of the people above you who have absolutely no idea how to truly run a customer service business where the focus is the customers and the people that brake care of them
