Pros
The team on-site was great, manager was clearly trying her best working over time to help fill gaps etc. I have not one bad thing to say about the staff I actually worked with, and in fact, they were probably the reason I lasted as long there as I did.
Cons
Horrendous working conditions. I was working night shift in the autumn/winter as it was getting notably cold. There were holes in the roof and floor that never got patched up, and we were told by upper management that we "weren't allowed to open the heating" until we got figures up. This persisted until shortly before christmas when they finally relented and let us open heating to a set, still pretty cold temperature. Before that time though, I was coming into work wearing thermal gear and freezing throughout the night. Add this up with dealing constantly with problematic customers, multiple death threats and getting assaulted at one point, and it was clear I didn't want to spend another day working there.
