Pros

There are usually some call center clients that a new recruiter can reliably get some placements early on. However, that's because of the high turnover at those places, so commissions fluctuate wildly.

Cons

Poor training (I was in my position for 3 months before I had my first meeting with the Corporate Trainer), poor support, micromanaging (every second of your day is planned out), outdated tools--you're expected to bring in new business and make new placements with very little but access to job boards and your own wits.

Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

Cons

Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
