      Nothing good all a lie and a act

      Cons

      just a waste of time, they feed you a bunch of BS. i just got one email from them with a temporary job. telling me they have a great opportunity. when i specifically said i would only take a full time Permanent job. they make a commission by filling the temp jobs. that's why they push the temp jobs very aggressively

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
