Pros
Company creed of finding and fulfilling the needs of another resonates strongly. Stability. Great feeling supporting a company that finds people employment.
Cons
Willingness to train, grow, and learn is stymied from the very top levels. Too many management layers worried about saving face to each other. Not enough 'worker' layers (junior, regular, senior, etc). Unwillingness to address problems in favor of 'that's just how we do it'.
