Pros
Great company. Great product. Three months in and I'm well engaged and ready to succeed. Organized on boarding process. Great benefits. Wonderful environment. People are really helpful. San Francisco office is fun and there's a limousine bus in the Bay Area that can take you there door-to-door for free. Pay is great. Matching 401k best - 4.5%. Vacation fantastic. Cisco brings a lot to the table. Management awesome.
Cons
Tough interview process to make it in. They are very careful so be prepared. All of the AppD software works super fast. The Cisco HR software is slow and takes a bit to get you integrated but other than that you will not have any problems.
