Pros
Apollo really gives you ownership to let you materialise your own output, allow you to voice your opinions, and is very transparent across the whole organisation (from revenue, department updates, individual progress etc) Everything is accessible, the team is growing alongside the company, you can see everyone is across all their metrics, work/projects they are responsible for, measured and tracked for everyone to also see. Performance based company -- flexible working hours as long as you get things done. Has a lot of positive initiatives for culture, to strengthen relationships despite being remote and spread out across the globe. Foundations and guidance are given to you, it's up to you how you will work and use those resources to really be great at what you do. Fosters great ownership and accountability.
Cons
There are still a lot of processes and things to establish and improve, but that's all part of being a startup. There are still things that need to be organised and documented. Being a fully remote org too, timezones can be really tricky, if you're not willing to adjust from time to time, you'll have a hard time.
