      Remote + decent base Salary ( no other great benefits)

      Cons

      Terrible management especially the tech leaders- no direction, no training, poor culture, poor wlb, top to bottom approach.I don’t think this place will ever get better .

      Excellent Product. Huge Total Addressable Market. Really strong unit economics with a fast growing business well north of 100m ARR. Some world class talent recently added to the Senior Leadership team Strong focus on improving the company culture at every possible turn Amazing people, some of the best I've ever worked with

      Not for everyone, super fast paced, must be able to move fast and with urgency and speak and act courageously, two very important values we have.
