Great coworkers, wellness and health benefits, flexible schedule, opportunities for growth/promotions, good work-life balance

Timecards accounting for every 15 minutes, sometimes unpredictable workload

Great place to work -- good people, respect for work/life balance, and a focus on relationships with clients (and eachother!) as opposed to only churning out mediocre work for the sake of short term/quick win profit. Flexibility and autonomy around schedules. Opportunity to be ambitious, creative, and entrepreneurial if you've got it in you, but no requirement to be.

Salaries & bonuses are lower than other firms doing similar work. Pro of work/life balance makes up for this. Some in leadership have been in their seats a long, long, long time. Leads one to wonder if we can be as innovative as competition requires.
