- High volume of subjects/projects exposure in a short period of time; - Ability to work with a multitude of subject matter experts; - Friendly coworkers.
Cons
- Lack of management involvement in projects; - Limited training, more of a trail by fire mentality; - Hard work is rewarded with more work, not increased pay or time off; - Company harps on health and safety and HR mental health programs so much so it is hard to meet utilization goals.
