      * Great team of dedicated and talented people * Culture * Content of work: there are plenty of interesting challenges that you may solve * Hiring young specialists and providing opportunities to grow * Good management

      Cons

      * High workload * As it's a beer company, IT salaries there for IT roles (at least back then in Ukraine) were lower than the average for the IT market. * It needs modernization and transformation. Some processes are built for processes rather than for people. It takes too long to get approvals or to truly implement something new.

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.
