You learn a lot in a short amount of time, you see how a business should run on a ZBB, get exposed to various areas of the operations in supply.
Cons
Company culture is cut throat. If you're an outsider (hired with previous work experience and not from the BTP program), be prepared to be an outcast. If you are an outcast your chances of moving up are zero to none.
