Cons
Some people work more than another, a lot of operational work -> few opportunities to get more analytical work even on a team lead level. If you are in a favour of management you will have your career very fast otherwise you will be stuck on the same position forever (or will get a lateral move). For 3 years of working in the company just one pay rise.
