      - lot of responsibility, high expectations from emloyees - ambitious targets

      Cons

      -though vacancy management, high workload for lot of teams creating overtimes - salaries on entry level positions low - not very good progress on efficiency iniciatives

      Pros

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.

      I wish the team was bigger
