Pros

Company support Flexi work -all positions are on hybrid work which is rare now, allowing work life balance especially those with family commitments. Benefits are pretty good - Medical and dental. Additional $1,200 yearly flexi benefits for staff wellness which also covers dependents. Company pay AWS and good performance bonuses 2-3 months, plus monthly and quarterly incentives for certain positions. Fast track promotions in less than 1 year for many of the positions, if staff exceeded expectation. Culture is generally empowering, and staff are closely knitted like a family. Lots of learning opportunities, regular celebration amongst teams when acheived team results, annual company wide events D&D, Teambonding events, CSR, etc....

Cons

This is the best company I have joined in my entire career life. No company is perfect and I am happy with what I have experienced thus far.

Pros

Company values employee's physical and mental health by organising bi-monthly wellness sessions Company values family life and bonding by providing corporate passes to various experiences Flexible / remote work arrangement even after COVID-19 Clear communication of expectations of the job, roles and responsibilities

Cons

Coverage during leave periods can be challenging, especially when responsibilities are highly specialised Since the work is client-facing, there can be pressure to remain responsive outside of regular working hours Team members may sometimes wear multiple hats, which is good for exposure but can also make it difficult to focus deeply on one area
