Pros
If you want to work for a recruitment business that treats you like a grown up this is a great firm. There are no KPIs, call times etc. You are just on one thing, your delivery to your clients. How you go about achieving that is up to you. If you are a new to recruitment they have a comprehensive 3 month global training program to get you up to speed. With regular tailored training sessions to cover all aspects of the job. In addition there is one on one mentoring available to all new joiners. It is much better than those agencies that just give you a phone and ask you to make cold calls all day. In addition they are really challenging the status quo with an innovative digital strategy and value add service to clients. When all of this is combine with a great commission scheme and meritocracy. Its a good opportunity. There are even directors in the business under the age of 30. The leadership team are also very open to feedback and supportive of new ideas. The top performers are even getting an all expenses paid trip to LA!
Cons
I Cant think of any.
