      Pros

      Great working environment with friendly colleagues and management are very supportive. Daily and weekly competitions to motivate you and reward your hard work. There is substantial opportunities to grow within this international company with clear career progression.

      Cons

      As with all agencies you need to work hard for the cash to roll in - if you're not interested in putting in the effort then it's not the job for you!
