1yThank you for your feedback! Sometimes we have to urgently close a gap with a specialist from the market – in this case, Andersen can go for overpriced candidates. However, in this respect, we make sure the salaries of our current employees of the same specialization will reach the same level. At our company, the hiring process consists of several stages and involves approvals from a range of responsible people; hence nepotism at Andersen is physically impossible.
