Pros

I wanted to leave the company for another one. They could not prevent it, so they decided, as revenge, to sue me for revealing commercial secrets, which, of course, did not happen. They lost the court case and now thay will pay me compensation. So think twice about whether you want to work here. Don't think that this comes from ordinary managers and something will change, it comes from the CEO of the company.

Cons

Not paid for the additional work as a manager performed for 9 months which is also a huge disadvantage to the reputation of the company.

Hello! In your review, you haven’t mentioned that “another one” was the customer company you were working for at that time via Andersen. Given the nature of the project and the fact that you withheld this information from our company, we, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law, applied to the judicial authorities to resolve the contradiction. This is an absolutely normal European practice. As for the bonuses paid for working as a Resource Manager, our employees are notified about the frequency of these payments in advance. The bonuses used to be quarterly for some time, and now they are annual. We wish you good luck in your new job and professional achievements.

Pros

They propose a good salary

Cons

1) There are 2 types of offers: pre-offer, offer. They both are not equal to employment contracts. It is just letter of intent to hire you on the specific terms. Basically pre-offer and offer are the same, because in both cases they will ask you whether you are ok looking for a project before employment contract signed or not. But there is a small and important detail if you get the offer (like it was in my situation): if they start looking for a project for you and you, due to any personal reasons (you are not employed yet, right), decide not to have interviews, then be ready that your offer will be withdrawn and you will be without job. They will not care about your personal life situation, they will just withdraw it and that's it. 2) They will hide contract length and other information from you. If you forget to ask about it, it is your problem. It also says a lot about this company and their attitude and honesty to all employees. From what I have known during my work with them that in general there are only 2 contract length options: 1) contract for 3 month - for probation period, 2) contract for 1 year. They do not have an option for long term (indefinite) contracts. They will convince you that it will be prolonged after 3 months/1 year without any problems, but do not believe it and be skeptical, like in any bodyshop company, without a project, highly likely you will be fired after some period of time without any problems. 3) Incompetent HR. Unfortunately HR with whom I worked could not answer on some legalization related questions and questions regarding the contract. Almost everything would need to be find by myself even inside of their wiki (yes I had accesses to their systems without being employed) :) 4) Managers and HRs of this company are practicing gaslighting. They will blame you to justify the job offer withdrawal saying that they spent a lot of time, money on you, even if you are not employed for them (and they did not pay you any money yet!). In fact they spent nothing since it is their job and it is you who spent a lot of time and money on interviews with their clients for FREE looking for a project. Looking on such behavior from their side, it seems gaslighting is not the last psychological pressure that they are practicing there. 5) According to their internal procedures they have few rounds of preparation for the interview with client: 1) their specialists check your soft skills (English, self-presentation) 2) their specialists check your hard skills. Based on results their specialists decide which level of English and technical skills you have and will you be able to conduct interviews with their clients. The people who check it constantly change, it looks like they oblige employees to do that in their free and bench time. It is a short review of the Belarus based bodyshop company based on my personal experience working with them. After analyzing all this facts I am glad that I was not hired there and have not spent more time on them. So think five times before you decide to join to their company.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We strive to create a respectful and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is crucial to us, as it helps us improve. Regarding the job offer process, it is common practice for pre-offers to be made before a formal job offer, which may include additional details or discussions. In your case, completing a job interview was a prerequisite for a full offer, and if you decline the offer, we cannot make a final job offer. We understand your concern about the length of the contract during the probationary period. The length of the contract during this period is determined by the laws of the country in which you are staying. In your case, as you were staying in Poland at the time, the probationary period is 3 months, which we try to convey during the recruitment process. We are sorry if your experience with our HR team was not positive. It is crucial to us that our HR managers can respond promptly to employee questions and concerns. We disagree with your point about gaslighting, as we prioritise polite and respectful communication from our managers and HR staff. We are continually working to improve this process. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Please share the details of your interview with our representatives at feedback@andersenlab.com. This will enable us to analyse your experience and take the necessary steps to improve communication in the future. Despite any misunderstandings, we hope you enjoyed your time with our team and wish you all the best in your future career endeavours.
