      Pros

      Andersen company provides a lot of learning resources, such as meetups, workshops, and courses, so you'll always be learning smth in practice. Coworkers and teammates are very supportive and close-knit. Decent payment.

      Cons

      As a UI/UX designer, I was working on multiple projects that sometimes didn't align with my job expertise. I had to spend most of the days working/studying overtime in my first year. Had to juggle between different managers in order to satisfy controversial opinions.
