2yThank you for your feedback. We are always striving to improve the working conditions and career opportunities for our employees. Of course, the possibility of downsizing due to the absence of the project is possible and will be due to the crisis in the IT outsourcing market. Additional activities, mentoring and organizing meetings are voluntary and are paid additionally. We recommend additional activities because they stimulate professional growth. This is standard practice in all large IT companies.
