I also have experience that if your project is ending in this company, they won't say goodbye to you on the same day. Thanks to a wide variety of projects, they can offer you not just one but several projects with different directions, different client geographies, and different types of businesses. Cons
I've only been at the company for two months and mainly worked on one project, so it's hard for me to judge everything. So far, I haven't seen any issues. The company feels open and flexible, always offering ways to get involved or grow in different areas. One thing to know is there's a big russian-speaking community here. A lot of communication and some documents and courses are in russian. If that matters for your work comfort, keep it in mind.
