Pros
Work Life Balance WLB is a huge positive at Analog Devices. Your time is really respected by your peers and managers. Culture People are generally empathetic and supportive of others. In my nearly two years here, I've seen very little politicking done in the non-exec ranks, and I've had great experiences collaborating across functions. People really want to succeed, and if you've got good ideas and are willing to drive them forward - you'll be recognized for it. Growth If you're a person who wants to take ownership and change things for the better there's a lot of room to do that at Analog Devices. I worked in a very siloed environment in my last role, and Analog has given me a lot more breadth and ability to work in sister functions.
Cons
Compensation Compensation is not equivalent to tech companies, but that was okay given the rest of the positives. Leadership There's a fair amount of chaos, and the business has been rapidly pivoting. I haven't had major impacts as a result, but it can mean you prioritize and re-prioritize workflows often.
