Legacy Maxim got the best out of the merger. legacy maxim employees are positioned on higher ranks prior to the buy-off but are not technically competitive and excel more on toxic company politics. the current goal to reach 2030 revenue is laying off people. Legacy Analog leaders have no more power in their voices
