Pros
lots of smart technical co-workers
Cons
Everything is rosy as long as you can perform and pump out whatever hours are needed when they are needed. Don't expect much support if you are ill or need assistance, unless your manager goes to bat for you. Don't be surprised if manager doesn't go to bat for you, even after many years of working for them. ADI managers are focused on output , when health issues arise most management passes you off to HR, your relationship with your manager is over until you can perform again. Very little empathy for the situation, obvious the main concern is not you but when will you perform again. Makes a bad situation very stressful. You will be made feel guilty that you're not performing but don't return to work before your ready, management will PIP you at the first chance they get and if your not back on top of your game HR will walk you out the door. Lifer doesn't exist at ADI, it's an old expired concept.
