Good teamwork amongst department Allowing to work from home 2 days per week after Covid Great Salary once on Senior or Management level
Cons
No transparency when it comes to salary eg. Business units eo6 & eo7 got 20% increase while everyone in Manufacturing didn't get any increase. Also new graduates in Manufacturing will be earning more than employees working there 2 or 3 years! No covid support or appreciation for majority of workers working at home Spot award system (Cash reward) is dysfunctional. This suits employees who are project based rather than employees who don't work in this system. eg. Business Units Promise of a new gym onsite for years and no plan in place
