Pros
Good benefits, can not think of anything else.
Cons
The benefits are good, but if you are a dynamic, skilled individual, Analog is not a good place for you to be. It has lots of long term employees, with big egos, who are very comfortable in their LONG TERM positions. They will either use you to do their work (and take credit for it) or will give you as much trouble as they can. Good old hard working will get you nowhere, no advancement, no recognition. Nepotism also seems to be well and alive at Analog in Munich. 80% workers at the German office are female, many of them thrive in the toxic work environment they create daily. My friendly advice, if you are young and have two job offers on your table and one of them is Analog, don't choose Analog.
