Pros

Definitely provides higher competitive pay compared to other companies, but if you realize how much toll this job and company has on your mental health, it might be not worth it.

Cons

- Micromanages everyone to the core, this includes even your loo breaks - You may have to beg to get your ALs approved - Workforce management is the worst, they make it look like they are doing a favor on you, when it is their job - Metrics change every 3 months - System issues all the time - Warning letters are given around like passing out candy - No exposure for growth, they want you to be a furniture in the company, just answer calls, get paid and go home. - Nothing about this company is systematic, its like you’re working in the mid 2000s - Too many team outings which you have to pay for from your own pocket and use your ALs to attend. - They treat the workers like machines - Promote mental health but they are also the ones ruining it.

Pros

- Complimentary lunch and starbucks everyday - On-site clinic for basic check ups - Hybrid

Cons

you will be taking phone calls every minute of the day. There will come a time where you feel like at the bottom of the world. You will ask yourself "is my role in life to help people reset their password online and assist them in logging in?" You cannot use the bathroom whenever you want, they have time coding that if you "abuse" them you will be flagged and subject to discipline. You have to give world class service but at the same time rush them off the phone or else you are not getting paid a good bonus. You will quickly find yourself gasping for air and time to relax when you take 50+ calls a day , you will feel drained. When is finally time to move up there is a high chance you will be paid less than you're current role as there are no bonuses in higher roles.
