      - Office politics gets in the way, however the remote offices are spared - Tough space to be in with a lot of competition - Early employees and leads have a lot of control

      sufficient training period steady learning curve as they didn't expect me to have any prior knowledge and coworkers were really friendly

      distance I lived far away so it was a bit too much for me

      They used to have monthly happy hours and events to keep people happy

      Cons

      Salary is low, expectations are high. Most engineering was moved off shore when the AI did not do well. Funding seemed to have been cut and events have been cut as well
