* Massively talented workforce * It's a very corporate culture and everyone is very professional but also fun, supportive, and genuinely helpful * Solid benefits * Generous PTO * I enjoyed working there
Cons
NOTE: I worked for a company currently being folded into Amdocs and was not originally hired by them directly, so your mileage may vary. * RIFs are pretty common, no severance, but good outplacement. * Upper management is very opaque about their plans. Specifically, throughout the two year long reorg I was part of, no one below the C-Suite seemed to have any real information about the company's plans.
