      Good work-life balance. Stable environment. Hybrid work mode.

      Cons

      Boring products. They try too hard to look cool and edgy when in reality the products are boring and nothing that special. Strangely the company turns massive profits. Yet no salary increases and actually firing people.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
