      Sometimes the work load is too much and rotational shift is not properly managed, sometimes one employee ends up serving on weekends because of lack of employees willing to step in

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
