      Pros

      Free snacks in the pantry and quality of food in pantry. The work culture is also very bad. Leaves were approved as needed.

      Cons

      The work curlture is very bad. There is a lot of Micro management. No one has any knowledge of product and hence blame game is being played. The people who are on higher level and who got promoted are due to favourism.also no hikes for most of the employees.no shift allownace and weekend working allowamce.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
