      Good Cafeteria services Good clients for which I was working Work environment was good

      Cons

      No learning Opportunities and less growth Good work environment but very bad work life balance(especially when pandemic hits) Superior may try to put his mistakes on You (As one of my superior tried to turn his mistake on me and make a bad impression of mine in front of my manager) Sometime, Ego is what they have to show to their juniors

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
