Pros
Working in Amdocs is like being in a family, most of the people are nice, and also management will make you feel comfortable. There are good facilities provided - restaurant, kitchen, "playing room", and a good corporate credit card (that probably got the best deals in Israel). There are also opportunities to travel to the customer for support of the product you work in.
Cons
Working as a programmer in Amdocs is completely boring. You end up doing repetitive and simple programming tasks, working with out of date frameworks, in products that are only used by amdocs and its customers (big telco companies). No way of developing with newer technologies, or learn what's hot in the market.
