      Pros

      Kenzan has a great office culture and great people. You can work on a variety of clients and new projects come by frequently. Management tries to communicate strategy and foster employee growth. The company pays for conferences every year.

      Cons

      Lots of project switching makes it hard to ever be the expert on something. The company is getting more bureaucracy making basic things difficult.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
