      Pros

      There are some very strong groups that doing cool things, make sure you join one of them. the products are in use! real customers

      Cons

      Lot of legacy - old product, that hard to change. Very hard to lead changes in the organisation. Many of the employees are not professional, sometimes it takes very long to get something done Salaries are not high - if you are good, most of the chances you'll get more out

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
