      Experience of working in a large company, potential for personal development and growth. Job stability and secure.

      Cons

      No work life balance, lots of working hours. Too many bureaucracy, internal politics, rules, restrictions, regulations, etc... Low salaries and salary upgrades.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
