Pros
The company makes a great effort in training every layer of the pyramid, preparing even more junior positions for management. There are real opportunities for fast growth, if you are lucky to be in a regional unit with good results.
Cons
The environment incentivise competitiveness, which can be great when put to good use. But a lot of times that increases the tension and makes for terrible climate. There are lots of anxiousness in mid management, who are working to score the next promotion in one year, instead of focusing on doing a good job.
